Gorinchem, 30 September 2016 – Investment firm NPM Capital and management have reached agreement to acquire the shares of Deli Home & Garden from N.V. Deli Maatschappij. The transaction is subject to approval from the competition authorities.
NPM Capital has been a minority shareholder in N.V. Deli Maatschappij since 2006 and is enthusiastic to remain on board a long term shareholder and increase its shareholding significantly.
